Our dryer every once in a while would stop working and my husband would always have to reset the "breaker" We ended up looking on google for an electrician, saw this company and decided to give it a try. Biggs Electrical is one of the best companies with which I've ever had the good fortune of working. We have an older home and doing work on the house often presents challenges for contractors. I was lucky to stumble across Cory with Biggs Electrical for a renovation project I was doing for a client in Mooresville. I would just like to address the negative comments on here. Look we all get busy and drop the ball at times Cory is human too, but I can honestly say I never went more than 12 hours without a response from him (more like 3 hours). Biggs Electrical is a stand-up crew and I plan to keep on using them on my future projects and highly recommend to anyone with electrical needs. The staff/ crew is very knowledgeable, good with clients, clean, and not scared to work...hard to find these days.

Corey helped us fix an electrical issue in our fairly newer house. He came out the same day I called which was late on a Friday. He stayed as long as it took to figure it out and test his solution. He was friendly and clear with explaining his process. In the end, even though he was there for longer than he anticipated, he charged exactly what he said on the phone. As a family of 5, we really appreciated that.

After months (literally) of trying to find electricians who wouldn't give us the run around, we finally found Biggs. We were doing a remodel on a walkout basement to accommodate my parents. These guys were such a blessing. I can't imagine a more personable and professional outfit. They did great work for a fair price, and treated us like people. Bent over backwards to make sure that everything went well for my folks. Just called them again about an issue we were having with the A/C electrical, and he literally hopped in the truck and drove right over. We've recommended them to friends who had similarly great experiences. It's hard to find tradespeople willing to work on retrofit construction and still it with a happy spirit for a fair price. These folks are the real deal. Can't recommend enough.

minor in the grand scheme of things, but as someone who has zero knowledge of electrical work they were very accommodating to my needs. They helped me with the issue over the phone first to try to help keep some money in my pocket, which I thought was kind, but of course my stubbornness overlooked a minor detail & I couldn't figure it out. Regardless, they were prompt in coming to my house to fix the problem & of course did it in no time at all with an eager willingness to help. Corey and his assistant did an excellent job of methodically and systematically trouble shooting a ground fault circuit in our new home. They identified the wiring that had been compromised, probably during construction that prevented an exterior gfi receptacle from working.
They accepted no payment for their work due to the fact that they corrected no problem.
This service that was above and beyond any expectation!
